JAFPP is keen to engage the General Assembly members and benefit from their knowledge and expertise through sub-committees formed to assist in gauging market needs. These sub-committees design plans and programs attuned to the society and culture and aligned with the available resources. The committees, which include medical, women and youth affairs, are supervised by the board of directors who formulate the policies of all projects and programs, while the executive team implements and supervises those programs as well as prepares the annual reports. In 2014 the number of JAFPP staff reached 125 employees.
